Aware Fitness Disclaimer
The information, coaching, training programs, and nutrition guidance provided through Aware Fitness are intended for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
By participating in Aware Fitness programs, coaching services, or using any training or nutrition recommendations provided, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical exercise and lifestyle changes at your own risk. You should consult with a qualified physician or healthcare professional before beginning any fitness, nutrition, or supplementation program, especially if you have any pre existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
Aware Fitness and its coaches are not licensed medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Individual results will vary and are dependent on many factors including consistency, lifestyle habits, and individual health.
By participating in Aware Fitness services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and results, and release Aware Fitness, its coaches, and affiliates from any liability related to injuries, health complications, or damages that may occur as a result of participation in any program or recommendations provided.
Refund Policy
Aware Fitness Refund Policy
All coaching programs, memberships, and services purchased through Aware Fitness are non refundable. Due to the time, planning, and resources dedicated to each client’s program, refunds will not be issued once a purchase has been made.
Clients are responsible for canceling any recurring memberships 14 days before their next billing date, in writing- if they do not wish to continue. Once a billing cycle has processed, that payment is final and cannot be refunded.
If you experience an issue with your program or account, please reach out through the app or by email so we can address your concerns and provide support. Our goal is always to help you get the most value from your coaching experience.
